Red Hat 5.2 still messed up mime.types?

Can anyone confirm if a normal install of Apache on Red Hat 5.2 still uses
their own mime.types file instead of the distributed one and if their
mime.types file still doesn't have "htm" included?

"htm" seems to be included in mailcap-1.0-7 (RedHat 5.1) and
mailcap-1.0-9 (RedHat 5.2) and apache is still using it.
