[jira] [Commented] (SOLR-9973) Website: Separate community page

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-9973?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=15825743#comment-15825743 ]

Jan Høydahl commented on SOLR-9973:
-----------------------------------

The change will also add a new *Support* section to the community page pointing to https://wiki.apache.org/solr/Support and setting expectations for how the community normally supports the product along with a table showing the relevant versions/branches.

When publishing the site, I'll also add COMMUNITY to the top menu, and a few community links to the footer.

> The important community info like mailing list, source code, issue tracker mm is now hidden within the looong http://lucene.apache.org/solr/resources.html page.
> This effort will move the content from [resources.html#community|http://lucene.apache.org/solr/resources.html#community] to a new community.html page. See draft version at http://lucene.apache.org/solr/community.html
