[component] properties + css

Hi all,

First of all (and for Mr. Howard Lewis Ship ;-)) ), I LOVE TAPESTRY (why not create stickers with this slogan or tee shirts ?). If I were a tapestry guru, I would have already posted a message in TSS. Perhaps in a few months, when I will publish my LiveTextField component....
More seriously, can I link a properties file with my component (and obviously how to do it) ?
My second question is about CSS and components, I would like to link a default css file (for example) with my component (called C). The component is packaged in a tapestry component library and when the user specifies the library in his application and uses C in a page P, he does need to add himself the css file in P.
Thanks and long life to Tapestry !

   Did
