This has been fixed with the WODEN-47 changes. That JIRA also contain a patch for WSDL20ToAxisServiceBuilder which will modify the method call from isSafety() to isSafe().  When the WODEN-47 changes have been committed to trun and the Axis2 patch applied, I will mark this JIRA resolved.
