To Dev@Diversity List: No event in Africa with Kevin McGrail

Hey all,

To prevent misunderstandings from this Jira comment: The Apache Software
Foundation may, at some time in the future, hold an African event.  I
certainly hope so.  But if we do, Kevin McGrail (KAM) will not play a role
in its organization.

I will do what I can to make sure this is clear, but I am not at liberty to
explain the reasons.
