Problems with Extension Filter on JDeveloper

When I build the war of my application and run it at
SunApplicationServer.....
all runs ok.
but when I'm developing at JDeveloper and running it on standalone oracle
j2ee server, the jscookmenu and all other componentes who depends of
extension filter do not work....
the path of .js of jscookmenu is this

/sagweb/faces/myFacesExtensionResource/org.apache.myfaces.renderkit.html.util.MyFacesResourceLoader/11406134/navmenu.jscookmenu.HtmlJSCookMenuRenderer/MyFacesHack.js

but if I go to this url, the error 500 is showed. Internal Server error...
I think is a problem with the current configured libs...

What is the requisites of MyFacesExtensionFilter...
thanks
