1) "via#graM" isn't matched by /viagra/

2) "via#graM" is in the header here, not the body

3) As it says when opening a new ticket: "If you're looking to attach a
   file (patch, sample messages, etc,) please first submit the bug via this
   page, then goto the new bug page and select "Create a New Attachment".
   Do not cut and paste into the description field!"
