qmmslog -- port of log4j to Qt/C++

Hello...I've ported log4j (not all of it just yet) to Qt/C++.  You can get
to it from

http://sourceforge.net/projects/qmmslog

Would you please list it along with the other two C++ ports?

The only reason I called it qmmslog and not log4qt is that I am following
trolltech's naming convention.  Hope that was ok.
