[jira] [Updated] (NIFI-1826) Expression Language: add function to
check enumerator
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-1826?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:all-tabpanel ]
Pierre Villard updated NIFI-1826:
---------------------------------
Description:
It would be useful to add a function returning true if a string is in a list of arguments and false otherwise.
Example:
{noformat}
if ${myEnum} = "JOHN"
then
${myEnum:in("PAUL", "JOHN", "MIKE")} returns true
and
${myEnum:in("RED", "GREEN", "BLUE")} returns false
{noformat}
This would be particularly useful in RouteAttribute processor to perform conformity verifications on flow files.
