[users@httpd] apache 2.0.43 ASP help

I have Windows XP, Apache 2.0.43, and I've downloaded and installed
mod_perl but my asp pages still do not show up.  What could I be
missing?
Somewhat detailed instructions on how to set up ASP after I've already
downloaded it would be greatly appreciated.
