## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Fixed permission issue for coverage.sh causing code coverage failure in Docker builds
Optimized org.apache.hadoop:hadoop-aws dependency by excludign software.amazon.awssdk bundle to reduce atlas.war size
Added automatic generation of checksum artifacts (.md5, .sha256, .sha512) in release build
## How was this patch tested?
PC Build: https://ci-builds.apache.org/job/Atlas/job/PreCommit-ATLAS-Build-Test/2079/
Local build to verify atlas.war size (332MB)

`org.apache.hadoop:hadoop-aws` itself doesn't seem to be used in Atlas. If yes, can you please remove this dependency altogether?
