Update on XML schema files from Glassfish

FYI:

I'm in contact with Sun legal regarding the inconsistency between the  
notice in some of the xml metadata files and the public announcement  
that the files are intended to be licensed under CDDL. I know this is  
causing confusion and am trying to get an early resolution.
