[ANN] Begin of release schedule for Apache Lenya release 1.2.1

Hi,

the 1.2.x branch will be freezed on 16.12.2004. That is the beginning of
the 1.2.1 release schedule and activities.

I will send a notice on 16th, that the branched is freezed. Testing
starts also on 16th.
