Broken links to Signature files on Log4J 2.x download page

Hi,

I just noticed that the links for ZIP file signatures on
http://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.x/download.html are broken. Signature
for tar.gz files are ok, though.


Following two changes are needed to fix this:

http://www.apache.org/dist/logging/log42/apache-log4j-2.0-rc1-bin.zip.asc
-->
http://www.apache.org/dist/logging/log4j/2.0-rc1/apache-log4j-2.0-rc1-bin.zip.asc

and

http://www.apache.org/dist/logging/log42/apache-log4j-2.0-rc1-src.zip.asc
-->
http://www.apache.org/dist/logging/log4j/2.0-rc1/apache-log4j-2.0-rc1-src.zip.asc
