There is a build error in project flink-table-planner:

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin:3.8.0:compile (default-compile) on project flink-table-planner_2.11: Compilation failure
[ERROR] .../flink-table-planner/src/main/java/org/apache/flink/table/operations/ProjectionOperationFactory.java:[85,54] unreported exception X; must be caught or declared to be thrown

I am using JDK 1.8.0_45, maven 3.5.2
