_No response_
### What happened?
When I study authentication in airflow
I found
this file
https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/airflow-core/docs/security/deprecated_permissions.rst
but, in docs. cannot find this html. ([Deprecation Notice for airflow.security.permissions](http://localhost:8000/docs/apache-airflow/stable/security/deprecated_permissions.html))
<img width="793" height="893" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/35aaf1d9-e7e5-4fdb-b8f4-bfacaad1e46a" />
so. I ran in local
using
`breeze build-docs --docs-only --package-filter apache-airflow`
<img width="904" height="57" alt="Image" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/30c96b76-7e5f-4d0b-a31b-983f8e6d0d30" />
In this case, it can be shown.

It's part of PR that has not been cherry-picked to v3-0-test -and we release airflow and docs for 3.0. from that branch. Simply this PR and associated Docs are going to be released in 3.1.
Nothing unusual.

Thank you for explanation.
I will find how to distinguish cherry-picked PR and non-cherry-picked.
Thanks

Just the usual `git fetch` followed by `git log v3-0-test`. Also we have milestones assigned to PRs that got cherry-picked.
