2022-05-20 00:36:18 UTC - Brendan Doyle: is it possible for the scheduler to over provision over the concurrency limit for a namespace when first starting containers? One created 50 containers initially before coming back down when the max is 30. Or is that a bug? Data is based off of the scheduler namespace container metric for a specific namespace so it could also just be a bug in the metric reporting
