[PR] fix: remove explicit Maven version from Jenkinsfile [maven-clean-plugin]

gnodet opened a new pull request, #348:
URL: https://github.com/apache/maven-clean-plugin/pull/348

The `4.0.x` Maven version range is no longer resolvable by the Jenkins provisioner, causing `ERROR: No concrete Maven version for '[4.0.x]'` on every build.

Remove the explicit `maven` and `siteMvn` parameters and let `asfMavenTlpPlgnBuild` use its defaults, as done in other plugins (maven-dependency-plugin, maven-checkstyle-plugin, etc.).

Review Comment:
❓ **Question:** `siteJdk: [ "17" ]` was dropped here without a replacement. Is the default `siteJdk` in `asfMavenTlpPlgnBuild` acceptable for this project, or was JDK 17 for the site stage intentional?

Closing — after investigating the shared Jenkins library (apache/maven-jenkins-env), `4.0.x` is correctly mapped to `maven_4_latest` / `4.0.0-rc-6`. The failure is an infra issue (agent provisioning), not a Jenkinsfile problem. Removing the explicit Maven version would break the build since this plugin requires Maven 4.
