JDBCRealm - user/pwd -enhanced

Hi,

starting to work with the JDBC-Realm
I recognized that there is code for reestablishing
killed connections, which will only work 
with connections valid without user/pwd. 

Since there is already the possibility to use 
user/pwd for the connection and even code figuring
out what to do in the init-process of the realm

I changed the code according and goes well now (beforehand
reconnections just throwed an exception)

I attach a patch that show what I did.

Do whatever you like with it.
