Rule for multiple patterns

Hello

Does SpamAssassin have a functionality to create one rule for multiple 
patterns.
Not to mention all of the words in one line  of regular expression,  but 
use text file
(or some other form of vocabulary) instead. So I can create rule once 
and then just
add words to the vocabulary.
