[PR] [VL] Fix offload input_file_name assert error [incubator-gluten]

## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
The project with `input_file_name` expression may have multiple data source by union all, reference:

For example, pulls the protocol and metadata of the delta lake table from the files

looks for `union` the datatype and schema of al scans should be same. so it is ok to use `forall` here, but actually only keep current check logic for `leafScans(0)` should also be fine. thanks !

hey @zml1206 ，using `exists` is better then `forall`, as `exists` from semantically, it more intuitively reflects we should fallback if any one scan node fallback. But here for `union` case, all scan has same schema, that means if one scan node fallback, other scan nodes must also fallback if my assumption is right, so i am fine here if still using `forall`.
But yes, changing to `exists` is better.

hey @zml1206 ，using `exists` is better then `forall`, as `exists` from semantically, it more intuitively reflects that any we should fallback if any one scan node fallback. But here for `union` case, all scan has same schema, that means if one scan node fallback, other scan nodes must also fallback, so i am fine here if still using `forall`.

Thanks for the fix to address the `union` case. I think we need to change here `forall` to `exists` to always keep the fallback path when at least one scan node falls back. Otherwise, the fallback scan node may encounter property not found issues due to property replication happen
