[D] Deprecate and remove `PLC4xS7Adapter`?

GitHub user tenthe created a discussion: Deprecate and remove `PLC4xS7Adapter`?

Currently, we have two implementations for the PLC4X S7 adapter: `PLC4xS7Adapter` and `GenericPlc4xAdapter`. The difference between them is unclear to users, so I propose deprecating and eventually removing the older `PLC4xS7Adapter`.

Do you see any logic that still needs to be transferred to the new adapter?

My suggestion:
- Mark `PLC4xS7Adapter` as deprecated in the next release.
- Remove it in the following release.
- Optionally provide an automatic migration so that adapter instances are updated automatically in the next release.
  - Are there any settings or data that speak against this?
