Build fails with JDK 1.4.2_10 on Windows?

Hi Lenya devs,

While building a fresh Lenya 1.4 (trunk) using JDK 1.4.2_10 on Windows
XP I get the following error, although it builds fine with JDK
1.5.0_12.  Per INSTALL-SRC.txt Lenya 1.4 is still supposed to work
with JDK 1.4.2, though.  Or is this maybe some other problem?
