I think the current documentation for plugins is worse than the old one. Apart from searching on several plugin sites which is difficult to switch over to another plugin, the quality of information on the current plugin sites is very bad. Earlier there was good information on the available functions, examples on how to use them and their quirks which are not fully available now. All such things normally improve, I am not sure how this went from good to bad. The old model for plugins on the main documentation site is very good compared to the current plugin documentation. Is there any way it could be restored to the old model.
