You might want to check your conf/mime.types file. It really should
containt a line like:
text/html html htm HTML Html Htm HTM
To make sure that files with extensions like .html, or .htm are all
served with the MIME content-type text/html; which is a signal to
the browser, in your case netscape, to interpret the file as html
rather than plain text (The default, set by DefaultType).
