[I] [Feature Request]: API - add an anonymous pipeline runner (hop)

mattcasters opened a new issue, #5528:

   ### What would you like to happen?
   
   It would be useful to have a pipeline runner that can be used by plugins to execute pipelines they created themselves without having to deal with class path issues.
   The runner would automatically retrieve result rows from a transform of choice.
