For query `select pow(0, -1)` the Datafusion `pow` fails with error, Spark variant should return Inf
```
scala> spark.sql("select pow(0, -1)").show(false)
+----------+
|pow(0, -1)|
+----------+
|Infinity |
+----------+
```

@comphead I have opened the PR and done with the suggestions from copilot
could u please review it once, so if any other changes are needed so i can work on them else we could just merge it if everything seems good to u

Earlier i contributed in apache/streampipes and datafusion-comet
