**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
To achieve feature parity between ECharts and VD3 timeseries bar chart, we need to add the option to display the value on the bars:
Unstacked bars:
And stacked bars (notice that only the total sum is displayed):
**Describe the solution you'd like**
On the ECharts bar chart we should add support for displaying values on the chart, too. Also, when stacking, it would be nice to progressively disclose a new checkbox for "only display total sum" or similar, to be able to either show all subvalues or just the total value. A good example for how to achieve this is shown here: https://echarts.apache.org/examples/en/editor.html?c=area-stack
The same control should also be added to all other ECharts timeseries charts.
