[jira] [Created] (MARMOTTA-307) Reasoner should be interrupted on forced shutdown

Sebastian Schaffert created MARMOTTA-307:
--------------------------------------------

Summary: Reasoner should be interrupted on forced shutdown
                 Key: MARMOTTA-307
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MARMOTTA-307
             Project: Marmotta
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Triple Store
            Reporter: Sebastian Schaffert
            Assignee: Sebastian Schaffert
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 3.2

Currently, many reasoner tests produce a lot of error messages when the reasoner thread is still running while the underlying database disappears (which is obviously an error situation). We should ensure that the reasoner is interrupted before removing the database tables on test end.
