[VOTE] Release Apache Texera (incubating) 1.1.0-incubating
Hi Texera Community,
This is a call for vote to release Apache Texera (incubating)
1.1.0-incubating.

The directory contains:
- Source tarball (.tar.gz) with GPG signature (.asc) and SHA512 checksum

I tested the new release
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/texera/1.1.0-incubating-RC3/apache-texera-1.1.0-incubating-docker-compose.tar.gz
by following the instructions on the page
https://github.com/apache/texera/wiki/Installing-Texera-on-a-Single-Node.
I suggest the following changes:
- After a user runs the "docker compose up" command, add an informative
message to the console once the server is up.
- Remove the word "Master" in a few places.
- Add sample datasets and workflows to the default deployment.
- Reduce the log records in the console.
