call.setEncodingStyleURI (Constants.NS_URI_LITERAL_XML);

Hello,

I do not unterstand, what is the difference between:

call.setEncodingStyleURI (Constants.NS_URI_SOAP_ENC);
call.setEncodingStyleURI (Constants.NS_URI_LITERAL_XML);

Who can explain that?
