[ANN] Apache XBean 4.21 has been released

The Geronimo team is pleased to announce XBean 4.21 release.

This release includes two important updates:
- Spring 4 & 5 support in xbean-spring and maven plugin, including Spring 5.3.19
- ASM 9.3 update in order to support JDK 18
