In our BigQuery system test we have a wrong configuration for `BigQueryUpdateTableOperator`. For this operator in `fields` parameter we should type parameters from `table_resource` which we want to update in current table and in `table_resource` you should point a new value for these parameters.
For `BigQueryCreateExternalTableOperator` we have problem with `template_fields`. Parameters from `template_fields` should be assign to `self.*`. Some of them under the if-clause and in some cases are not assigned.

The PR is likely OK to be merged with just subset of tests for default Python and Database versions without running the full matrix of tests, because it does not modify the core of Airflow. If the committers decide that the full tests matrix is needed, they will add the label 'full tests needed'. Then you should rebase to the latest main or amend the last commit of the PR, and push it with --force-with-lease.

We seem to have a "failing" docker-compose test which needs fixing. I will take a lok on that shortly. In the meantime I merge this one.
