Mesos test code has the REGISTER_FRAMEWORK_WITH_ROLE action in src/test/authorization_tests.cpp, but the source code does not
use the REGISTER_FRAMEWORK_WITH_ROLE action.

Can I remove the REGISTER_FRAMEWORK_WITH_ROLE action in src/tests/authorization_tests.cpp?
