1.0.0RC2
Move hbase 0.92RC1 on to hadoop 1.0.0RC2
----------------------------------------
Key: HBASE-5006
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-5006
Project: HBase
Issue Type: Task
Reporter: stack
It looks like I can just add staging repo to our list of repositories in pom and then we'll pick up rc2.
Running tests now and need to verify that what I am picking up is actually rc2.

Attachment: 5006-v4.txt
TestHRegion was failing because was expecting recursive create and TestStore was failing because its fake filesystem was saying it could not do a non recursive create. Patch does precreate for former and then for latter, fakes the nonrecursive call to work as it used (in the test).
