Some Key generators are creating excessive copies of objects during recordKey/partitionPath computation to cut off last character from them (as methods getRecordKey, getRecordPartitionPath in KeyGenUtils utilizes deleteCharAt).

The same fix was already applied to CustomKeyGenerator (HUDI-6916).
