Trying to save the doc via keyboard command (CMD+S) during the scroll inertia
effect (activated by the trackpad), the document zoom factor is changed (plus
if the page movement is toward the top, and minus if is toward the bottom).

Yes, I'm sure. Try to scroll (I do it with the trackpad) and then click CMD key
during the inertia movement.
I think zoom command doesn't be triggered during the inertia phase.

I can't confirm this bug with AOO 4.1.2 and:
- Windows 7 Pro x86
- Linux Debian 8 Lxde
Maybe specific to Mac OS X.
So you could wait here an hypothetic confirmation from a Mac user.
Or, post this problem to the forum to get feedback.

Zoom can be changed with CMD + mousewheel.
