[PR] Verify field exist in schema before fetching the value [hudi]

maninc opened a new pull request, #10733:

   ### Change Logs
   - Avro 1.10 throws ```AvroRuntimeException``` when field is not present in the schema. 
   - Since reader schema doesn't contain all fields present in the table. This causes exceptions to be thrown for all fields which are not present in the schema.
   - To fix, Verify the field before trying to fetch the value
   
   ### Impact
   
   - Catching exception and printing log introduces performance impact for MoR RT tables 
   - SELECT query on 3TB TPCDS RT Table with ~40 columns and 10K row updates
   - took ```429739 ms```
   - with fix ```20689 ms```
