Instructions for checking out development tree don't work.

In http://httpd.apache.org/dev/anoncvs.txt, it says 
"To check out the current Apache 2.1 development tree, use the following 
command for the base checkout, and then proceed with the apr and apr-util 
checkout commands as shown above:"  This is not quite right--checking out
as above with the AP[RU]_0_9_BRANCHes won't comple.  I used this

user@host:~$ cd httpd-2.0/srclib
  user@host:~/httpd-2.0/srclib$ cvs checkout apr
  user@host:~/httpd-2.0/srclib$ cvs checkout apr-util
