Hi @mtx-z
As the doc says, LoadFromFile and MapOriginDomain cn be used on the same server but for distinct domains.
And the direct fectch (FetchHttps enable) need that certificates must be configured:
pagespeed SslCertDirectory directory;
pagespeed SslCertFile file;
