    Fix Version/s:     (was: 0.22.0)
                   0.20.3

The infrastructure machines were updated with rng_tools package and we haven't seen this problem for about 2 weeks now. 

Because machines' update fixed it for all versions of the product, thus it's marked as fix for 0.20.3 and above.
