Robert,

    I've changed the line to ask the manager to deallocate the wBufPtr since 
it  was allocated by the manager at the first place (rather than by 
XMLPlatformUtils::fgMemoryManager).

    manager->deallocate(wBufPtr);//delete [] wBufPtr;

    Please help verify and if it works, close the bug, thanks.
