Resolution: Not a Problem

We can setup a scrum board but it would just be chained to a view, any modification you did to tickets would result in moving the underlying infra tickets and our notification scheme would cause it to send the email to the list anyways. We have looked at adding sub infra projects in jira before and the consensus was to keep everything in the main jira to make it easier to see the scope of what was happening rather than jumping through multiple jira projects. Any tickets you create please set the approperiate component, if we need new components just ping on irc and i'll be happy to add

> I was thinking it could be handy to have a scrum board for the Packer template work so I could start organizing some of the features we're looking for under epics and milestones.
> I don't want to just start spamming INFRA with tons of small tickets that pertain only to this small section of work.
