### What happened?
In previous versions, whenever a field name was repeated, Apache Hop would automatically add a suffix (_x) to the duplicates. In version 2.16, this automatic renaming is not working in some cases, and fields with duplicate names are appearing without a suffix. Please refer to the attached images.

It's a general issue; all transforms use the same code for this. Though I am not sure what made it break, as the code that was updated here wasn't recently updated.

Adding some extra info here, in order to do some other tests if necessary: I have experienced this issue (in 2.16) with the **Token Replacement** and the **User Defined Java Expression** transforms. A subsequent transform **Select values** make the entire pipeline fail, since the fields with `_1` are not found in the schema.
_(In my case I managed to solve by renaming the created fields appropriately... be aware that this is not always possible though)_

Actually, not all transforms are involved: I also found that **Merge join** can instead correctly handle two streams that have fields with the same name
