Due to the Flexmark option {{FENCED_CODE_NO_LANGUAGE_CLASS}} being set to {{nohighlight nocode}} in https://github.com/apache/maven-doxia/blob/master/doxia-modules/doxia-module-markdown/src/main/java/org/apache/maven/doxia/module/markdown/MarkdownParser.java#L152 every fenced code without an [info string|https://spec.commonmark.org/0.31.2/#info-string] is emitted as

{code}
<pre class="prettyprint linenums"><code class="nohighlight nocode">
...
</code></pre>
{code}

This is incorrectly formatted by Fluido 2.0, printing only a line number for the first line.
