[ANNOUNCEMENT] Apache Camel K 1.0.0-M2 released

The Camel community announces the immediate availability of Apache Camel K
1.0.0-M2 and related Camel K Runtime 1.0.4. This is the second step towards
version 1.0.0 of Camel K, with several improvements and bug fixes.

The artifacts are published and ready for you to download either
from the Apache mirrors or from the Github repository.
