When commenting on an INFRA Jira ticket that is in WFU , that issue automatically transitions into WFI.That is fine if the ticket comment was from the User/reporter, but if it is an Infra comment (yes it is likley we would comment more than 2 or 3 times before a user reply) then we would want the ticket to remain in WFU.

How can we alter the workflow to accomodate ? -- Perhaps force a choice at the end of the comment rather than choosing for us.
