This could very well be caused by the fact that the Continuum instance is running on Windows. There are some integration tests based on Selenium which will start processes for the Selenium server as well as inline Jetty server instances. It seems that these processes are locking quite some elements on the disk. The same setup is working totally trouble free on a Continuum installation on an Ubuntu vmware image on a Windows box.
