New IRC Channel

Hello guys,

I've been using axis2 in 2 separate companies I was working in and while
always enjoying axis2, we always stumbled upon some difficulties
implementing it whether it was .NET needed a different looking WSDL or some
enum problems etc.

I decided to open an IRC channel so people can help others in real time with
issues regarding Axis2.

The channel is located under irc.freenode.net (http://www.freenode.net) and
the channel name is ##axis2
