VPP - the Velocity Preprocessor

Folks,

I've created a tool called VPP (available now via
www.sourceforge.net/projects/vpp) which implements a couple of ant tasks and
a FilterReader perform file preprocessing based on the Velocity Template
Language.  The current version is 1.1.0.
